Since 1998, Laredo Conversions has been one of the most respected names in custom hauler trucks. Founded by Brian in Weatherford, Texas, the workshop has spent more than two decades turning Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, and Freightliner chassis into purpose-built towing machines for the people who care most about what’s on the other end of the hitch — Olympic-level riders, yacht owners, race teams, and families who simply expect more from a working truck.

Premium and Exotic is the exclusive online dealer for new Laredo Conversions builds. Configure your truck. Speak to a specialist. Take delivery anywhere in the country. Every Laredo we sell is built to order, finance is available for commercial buyers, and an inspection appointment in Texas can be arranged before your truck leaves the workshop.

Laredo Ford F-450

Flagship dually, and the truck most people picture when they hear the Laredo. Maximum pickup-class towing, full custom build, unmistakable presence.

Laredo Ford F-350

Lighter on its feet and easier to live with daily, yet built to the same exacting Laredo standard. No compromise where it counts.

Laredo Ram 3500

Chevy 3500

The Duramax-and-Allison answer for buyers who prefer quiet authority. Refined, composed, and seriously capable, with every signature Laredo touch applied inside and out.

What Makes a Truck a Laredo

A Laredo isn’t a trim package. It’s a chassis taken into a Texas workshop and rebuilt around the way you actually use it.

Every conversion starts with a new factory truck. From there, the build becomes yours: paint matched to a trailer or a livery, blackout packages that pull the whole stance together, wheel and tire combinations sized for what you tow, interior leather and stitching specified to the inch. Many customers spec their truck to coordinate with a particular trailer, boat, or stable colour scheme — and the workshop is set up to do exactly that.

The result is a truck that looks like it was always meant to exist, rather than one with parts bolted onto it.

Laredo FAQs

Who makes Laredo trucks?

Laredo Conversions, founded in 1998 by Brian in Weatherford, Texas. The workshop is one of the longest-established custom hauler builders in the United States.

How much does a Laredo truck cost?

Pricing starts with the chassis — a new Ford F-450, Ram 3500, Chevy 3500, or Freightliner M2-112 — and rises from there based on the conversion specification.

How is a Laredo different from a SportChassis or a Western Hauler?

SportChassis builds primarily on Freightliner medium-duty chassis. Western Hauler is the original flatbed-conversion name. Laredo’s identity sits in the equine and lifestyle world — heavy on bespoke paint, leather, and finish — and the range spans light-duty pickups all the way up to the Freightliner M2-112.
