Eligibility. This promotion is open to retail purchasers only. It is not available to dealers, wholesalers, or any party acquiring a vehicle for resale.
Qualifying Vehicles. The $250 fuel card is available exclusively on medium duty trucks (Class 4–7) in Premium and Exotic Wholesale LLC’s owned retail inventory. The following are expressly excluded:
Light duty pickup trucks, including but not limited to Ford F-450, F-350, F-250, and comparable vehicles from any manufacturer
Consignment vehicles of any kind
Trade-in vehicles or vehicles acquired by the purchaser through trade
Promotion Must Be Mentioned at Time of Purchase. The purchaser must reference this promotion — specifically the “America’s 250th Birthday $250 Fuel Card” offer — at or before the time the purchase deposit is placed. Claims made after a deposit has been accepted, after a contract is signed, or at any later stage of the transaction will not be honored. No exceptions.
Deposit Requirement. To qualify, a non-refundable purchase deposit must be received by Premium and Exotic Wholesale LLC no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 10, 2026. Deposits placed before July 1, 2026 or after July 10, 2026 do not qualify, regardless of when the final sale closes.
Fuel Card Issuance. The $250 fuel card will be issued at or after the time of final vehicle delivery. It will not be issued at the time of deposit. The fuel card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied toward the vehicle purchase price or any fees.
One Per Transaction. Limit one (1) fuel card per qualifying vehicle purchase. Multiple vehicle purchases in a single transaction do not entitle the purchaser to multiple fuel cards.
Final Sale Required. The fuel card will not be issued if the vehicle purchase does not close, if financing falls through, or if the transaction is cancelled or unwound for any reason.
No Substitutions. The fuel card may not be substituted for any other item of value, applied as a credit, or combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly agreed to in writing by Premium and Exotic Wholesale LLC management.
Right to Modify or Cancel. Premium and Exotic Wholesale LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change will not affect any transaction for which a qualifying deposit has already been received.
Governing Terms. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement with respect to this promotion. Verbal representations by sales staff do not supersede or modify these terms. All decisions regarding eligibility are made solely by Premium and Exotic Wholesale LLC and are final.
